Can install toilets and sinks. Don't use to diagnose or fix more complicated plumbing issues. Causes as many problems as he fixes. Doesn't seem to have the tools for diagnoses. Totally misdiagnosed our problem and offered a solution that would have been expensive and not have solved the real problem. We found a plumber that was recommended by a family member and he had the tool to check for the problem, identified the problem, (not the problem or the fix that Stellabot thought) and fixed it in a couple hours.
