Would not hire again. He didn’t complete the house. I fired him and withheld the final payment, as I am legally able to. I completed the house, legally, myself. Steve filed multiple liens, cancelled final inspections, sued me, tried everything except what he should have done. I had Steve no trespassed at one point. No one in my family respects or would recommend Steve based on his actions. Despite all of the disrespect and slander thrown my way, I hope Steve can still find peace in his life.
