We found a beam in the cellar that looks like it has dry rot. we are installing a header engineered by brian eseppi to bolster it. pouring 2 concrete pads to support 6x6 supports to support this 13 foot header. the owners are new and they weren't properly represented in permit eyes. i am providing the proper info below
