Brett called ahead of time to let me know he was in route, arrived right on time, quickly determined the issue, and after explaining the issue in terms i could understand, went about remedying the situation. He gave me great advice to prevent a repeat occurrence in the future, and suggestions on improvements to the HVAC unit. Great experience throughout.
