He has done a lot of work for the company I used to work for. He gave me an average price, which took him DAYS to come up with and started work. He raised his price with no additional work added because the work was "harder" than he thought. He uses assistants and/or helpers who have no experience and gave me details of what he had to pay them. He is a nice guy but unprofessional.

Mr. Nelson Has Done at least 4 and jobs me around the house in the past 4 years. I have always found him to be beyond fair with his pricing, his work has always been very high-quality, and his post-job cleanup is impeccable, and his assistants have always been of high caliper. He is a very amicable person who does excellent work. I have recommended him to family and friends with similar results.
