This contractor started a job, took our money, and did not complete the job. He owes us $5,000 that he admits to and has signed a promissory note. This has been several years and even though we continue to contact him he has not paid anything towards this except for $100 the first month. Stay away!!

So far my experience with Sears Home Improvement Products has not been good. Mr. Ryan Patrick Doutt has not returned my emails or phone calls in regards to the replacement of my Heat Pump which was poorly installed in 2015. I was called by Kevin Broadway last week on Thursday and told he would call back on Friday to inform me when my heat pump system would be replaced. He never called me back and now both of them are not returning my phone calls or emails. I've been left completely in the dark or in this case in the heat. It's been over 90 degrees every day since it went out of the 7th of September but they want me to be patient while they will not communicate with me at all. I am preparing for the worst from this company. I do not think Mr. Ryan Doutt is a man of his word. WE SHALL SEE but so far I'm not getting a very good feeling from these guys. I would not recommend them.
