No. Do not trust this plumber. When I first moved into the area, he and his wife told me Steve had a masters plumbing license and referred me to an electrician that had no license at all. Furthermore, Steve and Barb recently defrauded another neighbor back in December. Took money under false pretenses. Pulled NO permits for the plumbing, electric and broke the furnace. Refused all contact for 2 months. They were reported to the Home Improvement Commission for this fraud. Now, Barb is acting beyond immature, attacking neighbors because Noullet plumbing got caught committing fraud. Barb stated that all work is guaranteed for life. Which is not true because none of that wording was in the contract. Barb knew that they did not pull any permits and only after they were reported for fraud, did she attempt to contact the individuals that they took money under false pretenses from. They ignored the project for 2 months. Ignored calls and texts and blocked their phone. Do not trust this company.
