I had the pleasure of working directly with Travis to get my water softener installed. He was very responsive and knowledgable about the process. He gave me great recommendations on the types of water softeners and helped guide me to the one I needed for my home. He wasn't going to be able to fit me in to his schedule because of ongoing work but he did something even better. He was willing to spend his evenings on the phone with me walking me through the process of setting up my water softener. His detailed instructions made it a very easy install and allowed me to learn the pieces of the system thoroughly and how to maintain it and use it. I was able to get my softener installed right away with the added benefits of doing it myself. It's so good to work with people like this that really care and are driven by customer service instead of profits. Adding this system to my home was a big deal for me and he made it so smooth and easy and comfortable. Thanks Travis! I would recommend this company for whatever project fits within their scope because they run a company the right way and will do a great job.

Travis was absolutely amazing - after being postponed by two other plumbers, I received the referral to call Travis (referral actually came from his previous employer!). The job, to me, was to run a simple extension of a gas line (from above the kitchen area, down the wall for a gas range). Travis came out the same day I called, took me one a detailed walk-through of what needed to happen, and provided a VERY reasonable offer to get the line installed. Two days later he came back with his crew, and had the entire job complete within ~2 hours! He's extremely knowledgeable - even taking them time to critique and actually fix some DIY plumbing I had done (all without nickel-and dime-ing a bunch of additional charges). Hands down would recommend him for any plumbing job.
