Installed gutters as a sub contractor thru Lowes. They decided to put a down spout out onto my narrow concrete driveway beside my house. I have spoke with them several times and going on 4 months now since they installed gutters and still nobody will fix this. There was not a down spout where they put it. They decided to move the downspout from the yard and add one to my driveway. Then not fixing this issue and only supplying excuses. Lowes says they have to fix it.....Stephens says Lowes paperwork said put it in driveway....... Neither party has done anything to fix the gutter. They have been paid since May 7th and here it is August 25th. Down spout is still in the driveway.
