This contractor is a complete hack. He did a roof job, didn't tarp, flooded my house. Did no flashing, I have active leaks 5 years later. I need a completely new roof, no one has been able to "fix" his mistakes. I sued him, I won, but he was under insured, so I could not recoup the cost to re-do and fix the interior damage he caused. RUN from this contractor!
