The work it was just fine in the end. think they could "ride" the subcontractors better.... most of the return visits were due to a sub contractor not finishing or needing to improve on what they were asked to do. I partially blame myself for misunderstandings about money. They use an online change order program that was a little hard for me to work with. Whereas I kept asking for a line by line accounting, I got an overall statement. I should have been more assertive to the line costs during the project rather than waiting until the end to resolve.
