Dan was awesome to work with. He installed a top of the line fan that included a thermostat as well as A humidistat. He arrived on time, was polite and professional. While working on the roof, he noticed some damage with the ridge vent, he took pictures to show me and we reviewed options. We came to an agreement and additional cost (which was extremely reasonable) and he took care of it. Again he took pictures of the work performed. I have to note, my third floor roof is very steep, no way would I go up there. Back to the fan, it made a HUGE difference this summer, not only comfortable in temperature, but there was a definite cost savings in my electric bill. Would I hire Dan Sterling again? ABSOLUTELY
