Update ceiling fixtures for first and second floor of Hotel
We are an Extended Stay Hotel, and we called upon Sterling electric to update our hallway lights. They came out quickly on the first job to put in 3 LED ceiling fixtures so we decided to get the remaining first floor done and then the second floor. Don't know what happened but from that point on the correspondence and communication turned absolutely ridiculous. It became hard to get in touch with anybody. We would leave messages and maybe hours or days later someone "MIGHT" give us a call back. The worker would set the appointments for us and then either not show up and we would have to keep trying to contact someone, or they would cancel at the last minute. In the end we found them very hard to work with and very disrespected. The way they treated us at the end truly made us feel some kind of way, like maybe we weren't important enough or like the job was not big enough for them to spend their time on, but it definitely didn't take them long to send the invoice to be paid for the 3 lights they did install. I would never recommend Sterling Electric to anyone, residential or commercial. I would not want them to feel like we did. They really don't even deserve 1 star.
