Steve Balderas is the worst contractor that I have ever worked with. He fails to follow-up with sub-contractors to ensure they are present and doing the work properly. He sends people to your home who do not know what they are doing. Crews are disrespectful to the property and do crappy work. I even had a guy show up with no tools, asking to use my ladders and hammer. The sheet metal work was never corrected on the soffits and fascia, along with the flashings for the roof. My roof leaked the night it was finished because of the shotty work and incompetence of the people he hires. My siding still is not complete, after 2 months, because of the continued incompetence. Because of this man’s failures, I have to get another company to remove the butchered siding and wrapping and start from scratch. One individual butchered my windows seals and wood work, which had to be redone. He and his people are clueless. He, himself, set porch post that were not in a straight line and began setting a front porch/deck. He never finished it, leaving my porch undone for a week. He has excuse after excuse why things look the way they do, or why his people did what they did. He will never say he is wrong. Do not hire this man….

Came to my house. Got lost on the way so was 2 hours late. Gave a verbal proposal on the spot. Sadly over my budget.

DO NOT hire this company. They have stolen my down payment $7500 and refuse to return it to me!! Got everything ready and they never showed up. All they ever said was, tomorrow, tomorrow. This was over a month ago. Now they don’t answer their phone. I am having to file a small claims lawsuit against these thieves. I’ll get my money back and they will pay interest through the courts, I’ll also take their license. Steve Jr. is a piece of work. Flat out liar. Absolutely disgusting people.
