Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Too many complaints to list, the last was recently when my neighbor discovered why his sprinkling system wasn't working. Steve built his home too, and when they built his home they put his system 6 feet into my property. When they built my house a few months later, they just cut through his pipes and put my system right over the top of his broken pipes. It's been over a year and I still find ways he did things that I feel were pretty sleazy. Wall plates for,cable and electricity that had nothing behind them, that's right, just a cover, no wiring attached. We discovered after we moved appliances in that our standard size washer and dryer won't fit in the washroom! Things done so sloppy and poorly, I could complain for days. So many broken promises and so disappointing.

This guy built our dream home and did an amazing job and I would recommend to anyone. The project was completed about 45 days behind schedule. Part of that was related to weather and a part I think was a miscalculation on his part but all in all we are very pleased.

I would not recommend this builder, we came in 10% over budget and 4 months over the proposed timeline.. He spent very little time on the job site, and many of our preferences were overlooked which ultimately caused more delays.
