    Sheds and Outhouses project

    He started & I paid him what he wanted to start & paid what he said in his contract. Something happened & I never heard from them again. Never Finished, left a mess, & when I looked at what he had done, they did a terrible job. Had to pay someone else to come fix what was done wrong & finish the job.
    Cost me twice as much as it should have. I'll never use you people again for anything

    Steve and his crew worked tirelessly to help us meet our deadline. It was a complex project with many moving parts and they were able to organize and deliver great quality work. Steve informed us frequently on the progress of the project and whenever there was a deviation from the original plan. He takes pride in his work and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the results. Will definitely work with him again.

    Repair , Improve , Porch Roof

    Parts of my porch roof were rotting. Plus, the slope of the roof was not how it should be to let the water run off of the roof. The pitch was incorrect; it was pitched towards the house where there was an outlet hole. The hole got clogged, forcing water, snow, ice to lay on the roof for long periods. The excess weight caused the porch to pitch even more in the wrong direction and the underlying materials to rot. Someone before I bought the house did a good job of covering up.
    Steve solved all the current problems and installed something that should have been in place at the outset. He put a reinforced railing around the entire circumference of the roof. He installed gutters and down spouts so the fluids depart rapidly and safely. I have PD and when I need to squeegee or shovel the roof, I can o it wit out the fear of falling off the roof. he adjusted the door to the roof so it works as it supposed to function.
    Steve did a great job.
