Steve Byrd was the president and owner of Foundation Homes when our home was built in 2010. After the slab was poured, his crew drilled a lag bolt pilot hole into the top of the sewer pipe and nicked a hot water line in the process. The holes/leak were encased in concrete and finally became apparent at the 10 year mark. The water leak was in a footer wall that wasn’t on the plans and it took hours of jackhammering to get to it. Mr. Byrd was made aware of his error and refused to help.
