I had moisture and mold in an attic space upstairs. I had called several contractors and left messages and only one had called me back and he wasn't taking any work. I called Crass Construction and Steve answered the phone himself and came and gave me an estimate the very next day! He showed up a little early, was honest and said he could give his opinion but didn't know if he could do the work. He even left, went back to a job to get an instrument to measure the moisture in the wall and floor, came back again and recommended better ventilation. He was on time, efficient and friendly, and I really appreciated his opinion. I will be recommending his company to anyone who needs a contractor. It's hard to find a person who does what they say they'll do these days. Thank you Crass Construction.
