    I was in the middle of a remodel with a horrible contractor that was taking advantage of me. I fired him and Steve Cury stepped in and to on a mess. He handled it with class and professionalism. My house is now complete. His attention to detail is superb and his follow up even after the job was complete was surprising. we are very happy to have met Steve for anything we do in the future.

    Steve Cury Construction has built 5 houses for me and my family. One is our dream residence (6,000+ sq ft). We could not be happier with Steve Cury, his team and the houses he built for us. Steve was very hands on throughout the process from permitting until this very day. Steve still stops by to check on things at all 5 houses. His work was always performed within budget and on schedule. The work, materials and cleanliness were a higher standard than our expectations. We appreciated Steve's commitment to excellence and it shows in the houses he builds. The few challenges that arose were dealt with in a very professional, prompt and fair manner. Steve's many years of experience are evident in his guidance throughout the process. We would highly recommend Steve Cury Construction for any type of construction project and I would certainly use him again.

    Whole house remodel

    We hired Steve Curry to remodel a 1955 Rancher we bought in 2015. We had a difficult time with the Historical Preservation Board, and, after 6 months of frustration, we got the City Commission to approve the planned renovation. During that time, Steve worked with us and our architect and supported us in every way possible, even though he and his subs were delayed so long before the project could be started. He ensured that all permits were in place before any work was begun, and he worked closely with our architect to see that every detail for the home was included in the plan.
    our renovation was comprehensive and complex. Steve personally took charge of all the details of the demolition and construction and included us in all construction decisions. Nothing was built without our approval. Steve's conscientious attention to detail, willingness to make changes throughout the project and positive attitude gave us the opportunity to build our dream house without restrictions.
    We think Steve Cury is a great builder and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone contemplating any type of construction from remodel to renovation to new build. He follows plans, offers constructive suggestions on how to improve them and leaves you with a better house than you expected to have. He is detail oriented and will not start any type of construction without proper permits. If any type of deviation is necessary from what is required on the permits, he immediately goes back to the city and secures revised permits.
    We moved into our home one year ago. Attesting to the excellence of Steve Cury's project management is the quality of the finished project. We have received numerous compliments on how well the house was constructed and the detail work that was done inside and out. We have had practically no issues requiring attention since we occupied the home. Those few items requiring small fixes were handled promptly and efficiently by Steve. It is obvious he cares about his clients and the home he builds for them.He has maintained close contact with us since we moved in. We are certain the relationship will continue in the years ahead. Steve stays with his clients.
    One of the reasons we hired Steve to do our massive renovation project was the endorsement we got from neighbors who had him build their home. They were very complimentary about him and his excellent work, and they let us see the finished product which we found to be built to an exceptionally high standard.
    If you want a properly priced builder who listens to and cares about his clients and who will produce a product of the highest quality, hire Steve Cury. You will be very glad you did.
