Since 2001, Steve Edwards Construction has provided complete turn-key construction service for the Deep Creek Lake area and surrounding Garrett and Allegheny counties in Maryland. In 2008 Steve expanded his business to Alpine Lake Resort and several surrounding counties in West Virginia. For 20 years, Steve Edwards Construction has provided custom home construction, remodeling, addition, garage and pole building construction, excavation and masonry services.

In May 2015 we entered into a contract with Steve Edwards Construction to install a metal roof. We gave him a $3,500 deposit. He was busy at the time , but would start in the fall. In the fall he said it was too late and with winter coming he would start in the spring. IN the spring of 2016 we were put off again as he was really busy. He would get to it in the summer. Summer came and went, fall came and went and he stopped responding to calls and emails. We cancelled our contract in writing and ask for a refund. In September 2018 we received a court judgement against Steve Edwards Construction. He never responded to any of the court notices. WE have tried several letters and several registered letters and even a UPS package letter. But have never received a response. AS of 2022 we have not heard from Mr Edwards or received our deposit.
