  Very friendly as he keeps asking for more money. Work takes months and ultimately your left with a mess.

  We hired Steve to do a bathroom remodel He was constantly late continued to ask for more money ALL of his work was Sub standard We had to fire him but sadly after we had paid for 90% of the work
  We had 3 contractors come in after to give us prices to finish and they all said the most if not all of his work would have to be redone
  DO NOT hire this guy to even remove a nail

  Front porch, steps and railings install lattice

  $4,000

  Steve Mastrian , did work on my front porch and installed stairs and railings! I had a Union carpenter come over and check his work. His work was done unprofessional nothing was level or plum . He used a nail gun with finishing nails to hold steps and railings together the carpenter said that the steps wouldn’t last a year ! In 25 years as a carpenter the union carpenter has never seen such a bad job done. When I asked Steve to fix it he wanted more money to fix his mess. Not only did he block our driveway the front yard was a total mess! I wouldn’t recommend him for anything there is no work ethic and he’s unprofessional. He destroyed our wooden corbels on our historic home. Donald Edly

  Hello , I am writing the review again on Steve Mastrain general contracting. He not only left the toilet messy after his use at our house and not asking the permission to use but also broken the toilet which I had to request few emergency people to fix that night, I have all proof for this if anyone wants to see it. He texted me saying that he never wanted to work with me again because he assumes he got insulted of my saying to him that he left all messy and broken and did not return the balance owed. he should actually return my entire money for the situation created. Note that as a customer this was my feedback on him if he thinks customer cannot provide feedback then he has a problem. We have worked with tons of contracts before never had this contractor running away with money taken in advance and also cancelled and did not show up few appointments and did not even bother inform me untless I followed up.. Very bad contracting company BEAWRE!! let me know I can talk for more feedback and show all his work done messed
