    Repair damaged artistic finish

We had a very unfortunate experience with Steve Monos.
We hired him to replicate a complex finish on a part of the wall that had sustained water damage. His work was very different from the rest of the room, it felt like he didn't really look at the work he was doing carefully.
When we asked him to correct it he said no, it would be "chalky" whatever that means.
When he did agree to make the corrections needed, it was not much different and the difference between the two is marked.
Worse, in a way, is that he is a sloppy worker. There was paint on the floor, on the furniture, the rugs and parts of the ceiling that were not touched and were completely different color. Paid $1340.00 for incompetent work that still needs to be redone.
