Work Completed:
Replaced three outdoor water spigots
Replaced the gasket in the master toilet
Fixed water leakage in the guest bathroom
Replaced the shower/bathtub combo plate and properly sealed areas that had been inadequately sealed by a previous contractor
Identified a malfunctioning water meter and helped coordinate with the city to address the issue on their side
Successfully shut off water leakage from our home
