This contractor took full payment and didn’t finish the job. Had to hire a second contractor to finish their subpar work. They are crooks. Hold onto your money folks.

    Screened in porch

No, I would NOT hire this contractor. A few years back I did hire them to screen in our porch. The porch was almost finished, and looked great. The last step was to install the screen door. I had no problem (I thought), gave them the last payment and left for the day. When my husband and I pulled up that day we could see FROM STREET that the door was sagging. That is when we realized the whole frame for the door was off. We called contractor, they came back and instead of fixing the framing, they put some bigger door hinges on to try and prop door up. And said that's just what screen doors do, sag. So, in the end, we were left with a nice porch that has a sagging door, that needs to be picked up THEN pulled shut. Also, a main reason for getting porch screened in was to keep the mosquitoes out, $5000 later, they have a nice 1 inch gap to get in.
