    New Roof
    $9,000

    Buyer Beware!
    We cannot begin to express our dissatisfaction with Steve Williams and all his so called “roofing subcontractors.”
    In short, we had a new roof installed on our home and at the completion of their work it was obvious that the roof was entirely installed incorrectly. We immediately arranged to have a roofing inspector inspect the job.
    Not only did our new roof not pass in all inspection categories, we were told by the inspector, “in all my 32 years of conducting roof inspections, this is by far the worst roof job I have ever inspected!”
    We therefore contracted another roofing company who had to replace the entire roof, including the protection sheeting underneath the shingles.
    We could go on and on about how dissatisfied, disappointed and angry we are concerning Steve William’s Homes LLC and anyone who claims to be working for or representing this company!

    Bought a house and was told that the roof had been replaced a little over a year before I was purchasing it. 2 weeks after moving in we realized the roof was leaking. Got Steve Williams information from the previous owners as Steve had stated there was a 5 year warranty that was transferrable (by his own admission) He was great! Came as soon as he could and got it fixed. A few months later it was leaking in a different spot. Contacted him again thinking it would get fixed. Long story short for 3 years he ditched us around waiting for the warranty to expire so he would not have to fix his crappy work. So now I am having to replace the roof again and the new roofing company said that he basically did it as cheap as possible and did not even connect any of the vents below the roof for the moisture. So now thousands on a new roof and thousands to fix the damage to the inside of my property because he would not come out to fix his horrible roofing job. Will be contacting the CCB on him.
