    Build a new home

    Henell is a disgrace to building contractors. He is dishonest and never paid many sub contractors in the building of our home. Many liens are on our property. He never finished our home and lied for 2 years to us.

    WARNING.....Do not do any business with Steve Henell in Marco Island. We signed a construction contract with him on August 3, 2016 and as of October 15, 2017, only 20% of work completed and he misappropriated all funds from subcontractors and myself.
