Worst experience. Used this plumber with my 2-10 home warranty. They had both me and my unit below be there for two different occasions. Claimed to know the fix each time. Did the most basic 'fix'. Didn't even fix what was wrong with it. Water is leaking under my tub and you can't see it. Plumber claims he didn't see any leaks so it is fixed but wouldn't check it from the unit below which is crazy as he requested the unit below to be there so he could check to make sure it was it. He claimed he would do another fix but after he left said wasn't his problem anymore. Stole money from me and the warranty Company. This business is straight fraud

Outstanding from start to finish. Matt, our tech arrived on time, immediately diagnosed the problem (leak from garbage disposal) and immediately replaced the unit. Would definitely use in the future .

The plumber from this company stole money from me and my husband!!!!
I had a service request through 2-10 home warranty and they sent the plumber (the one that talks through the electrolaryx) to my home. He simply looked at the kitchen pipe and took photos and said he would need to put in an order for parts and come back and charged me the $100 service fee. Never heard back from him, checked on the status of the service request to find out the plumber had “completed” the ticket stating that the issue was resolved. When I called and told 2-10 what had actually happened and showed them pictures of the leaking pipe; the plumber proceeded to lie and change his story three times following my complaints. My husband and I are talking about filing a civil claims dispute against them. The whole experience is an atrocity! Do not hire this company and if you go through 2-10 go through your own plumber and send 2-10 an invoice!

The rep that came out to my house was very aggressive and lied about service rendered to my warranty company. He proceeded to come back to my house and demand payment. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I SWEAR YOU WILL REGRET USING THEM! 2-10 USES THE LOWEST BIDDER POSSIBLE WHEN DOING CLAIMS.

The only positive experience I had this plumber was the women who answered the phone. I was then informed I needed to speak to dispatcher to set up an appointment, when she transferred me they hung up on me. By far the worst plumber in Wilmington. I see a few good reviews, I would question the standard they were expecting. This company sucks, if there was an option for negative stars I would of done 10 negative stars. Look for someone better.

Went online to 2-10 Warranty to report a leaky garbage disposal and 2 days later a technician from Steven A Mills Plumbing replaced the disposal. Great communication with regards to scheduling. Very pleased with service.

arrived on time. opened ceiling to make repair of water line. repaired leak.
so far - so good. Then would not repair ceiling, did partial clean up and left.
My ceiling is still open with a 30" X 50" opening. I will not be using them again

We had an inspector go out to the house. He states in his report a leak in the back faucet and has several pictures attached. We hired Steven Mills plumbing to fix a leak from the backyard hose bib. The leak was never fixed and the lady who answers the phone says there wasn’t a leak there when he showed up. We have pictures of a leak and the home inspector says there’s a leak. We are closing on our house tomorrow and there still a leak. I requested they go back out to fix it today and she says no one is able to go out and fix it for a couple more days. Stephen a Mills plumbing did not complete the job correctly. After seeing the other one star reviews of this company I can see I’m not the only one.

The plumber showed up to fix a leak in the crawlspace. The water to the house had been shut off for a week so the crawl would not flood. The plumber went under the house and claimed he fixed the leak, but get this... he never once turned the water on to verify. So turns out, when I go to turn the water on guess what... still a leak in the crawlspace. When I called the office to get them back out, they sent the same plumber and the plumber did show up, but claimed this is a "new leak" so he would not fix it because it was also somehow "inaccessible". I let the person in the office know what happened with the first time he came out and how he never turned the water on to see where the leak was or if it was fixed. Person on the phone was very rude and kept insisting the plumber was correct. Funny how a new leak magically appeared in the same spot as the old one, right after the plumber finished fixing it but i digress. Called another plumber out of frustration and Canady Brothers showed up quickly and FIXED THE LEAK IN UNDER 30 MINUTES. *also funny how Canady Brothers could access this leak that Steven A Mills said was "inaccessible".

HORRIBLE...worst customer service EVER!!! They never answer their phones. The people that work their are clueless and rude. When they showed up to do my water heater they guy didn't have the equipment he needed, so he would try to come back. I was upset because I had taken off of work to meet them. I told him how rude the people in the office are and how upset I was that he couldn't do the job. He left saying that he would try to find the parts and might be back. After he left someone from the office called and said that they would not be doing the job and I should call someone else. Not very professional! I wish I could give them 0 stars!

My water heater is broken and my homeowner insurance requested the service from Steven A. Mills Plumbing for me. They showed up last Friday and did a quick examination. Then they said they needed to grab something and they would come back in a moment. However they never showed up again and I called them several times and left a voice message. No one answered the phone or called me back. My water heater ended up leaking the whole weekend and it is still leaking. Never use Steven A. Mills Plumbing!!!
