We have engaged Steven Banks for several plumbing projects in our home. He has been phenomenal in diagnosing and correcting several major plumbing installation errors by our builder. In addition, he has upgraded our fixtures and corrected installation issues there as well. He was extremely helpful in helping us with material selection and we found him responsive and reliable. He has responded quickly to several emergency situations and if I could give him ten stars, I would!

The first time I dealt with Steven Banks, he was perfect. Good communication, excellent work, reasonable price, and he didn't leave my home a mess afterwards. The second time never happened. We spoke early in the week about a substantial leak in my kitchen. He said he'd be able to come out on Friday but "would call an associate who might be able to do the job sooner and get back to me by the end of the day." That was Monday or Tuesday. The call never came. Assuming that our Friday arrangement was still in effect, I made at least two calls per day over the course of the week to confirm a time, but he never answered the phone or returned a call. Friday, he was a no-call, no-show. I had to wait until Monday to get another plumber to do the job for me, while the line leaked 3-4 gallons per day. It's been weeks, and I still haven't heard from him. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. I will not be using him again for any reason.
