    Build our home
    $1,000,000

Mr. Dye was hired as our general contractor to build our family home, the same home that Mr. Dye served as the architect, based on the plans we designed.
He led us to believe that he could build the house since he held an architect/general contractor license.
Despite his claims, Mr. Dye did not have a work crew or expertise as a contractor. As a result, he stole our money and did not complete the work associated with the build of our home. We have since filed a criminal complaint against him and an arrest warrant has been issued. If we could give this man a negative rating, it wouldn’t be low enough.
He uses his architect license as an avenue to gain the client’s trust as a contractor and therefore receives installments and performs no work and keeps the money. Please beware.
