UNRELIABLE!!
Contracted with Mr. Minafo in June 2011 to replace several windows in my house. He had good reason to delay work until October 2011 and started a one to two day project. He worked one day and finished about half the project. He told me some windows had been damaged and needed to be repaired which would take another week. He NEVER contacted me again. I called his office on a weekly basis for 10 weeks with NO RETURN PHONE CALL even to explain the unusual delay. I had my general contractor call him and talk to him. Even then Mr. Minafo never contacted me even after assuring the general contractor he would. I had to file a complaint through the licensing board...and it is still unresolved. The job is still only partially complete and he continues to keep my money for the job.
BE VERY CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM. HE IS EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE!!
