It is difficult to rate a plumber until years after their work has been completed, but it is not difficult to rate a person like Steve. Steve has to be the hardest working man I have ever met, and will ever hope to meet. Me and my friends have a saying, "There aren't any good contractors anymore" but I was finally convinced that there is at least one, and damn is he good at what he does. Not only is he easily one of the most skilled and experienced plumber in MA, but he is a wonderful person, and genuinely cares about the people who call him in need of help. His attention to detail, carefulness when working in sensitive areas, and cleanup post-job will have you confident that it was worth the extra money going to an independent contractor instead of a large company. I wish more of his customers took the time to review him, because this review doesn't come close to doing him justice. Thank you Steve.
