stay away from this guy.. i had his company put a roof and new doors on my house. my house has a low sloped sun room addition. with a metal roof. his 3 tab was ok. but after they scrped the old roofing off it. it started leaking. steven r bellevance himself saidscrews being loose were the cause . he came out and put a dozen or screws in which made it leak worse. next his nephew showed up and put metal flashing where it wasnt needed. now water pours in right next to an electric outlet. i sent him a dozen pictures of the water running inside because of his "repairs" to the roof he was supposed to replace but didnt. now he says if i contact him again, hes taking me to court. that might not be a bad thing really. now to the doors i paid to have put in. the back door on my house first. his crew hogged out the jam for dead bolts, but theres no security strike. just the little trim piece that covers it. the knob jam is the same way. just the nice little curved piece. to kick this door off. his main door man put 2 brads through the space the dead bolt is supposed to lock into, so the dead bolt cant go in to the point it latches. i can see daylight through a bottom corner of this door. the front door of the house is the real joke. i showed staven's door man that as installed there is daylight coming through almost completely across the top between the door and jamb.theres some light coming through at the bottom too. after his door man tried to bend the door into a shape to seal. which didnt work. he stuffed a strip of foam rubber in between the layers of door seal rubber. which didnt help ouher than to move the air gap from one place to another. he even left a piece of shim stock sticking out on the outside of the door. at the bottom where it and bugs can start the rotting process. on the main roof to the house. they tried leaving one gutter full of old roofing, and nails all over the yard. now, im trying to save up some money to hire the mess steven r bellevance and his workers made repaired. you hire him. your hiring yourself some big bills to fix what he and his "crews" do.
