He was asked to for a service call in a commercial building. Several days he replied that he will arrive to do the work, 3 weeks past and he did not show up or even called to cancel, highly unprofessional. On top of this after the third week after we (the customer) called to find out why he has not shown on 4 occasions that he had told us he will come he said he’s too busy to find a different company.
