    We had a great experience with Stephen Taylor Plumbing.Able to replace parts instead of new fixtures that saved us money. Very reasonable and would highly recommend. Very friendly and courteous.

    The first time he came over he left to get parts and then came back another day to do the work. We still had issues and asked him to come back He put us on his schedule and we took the time off work to meet with him and he no showed. When I finally got him on the phone he said he is forgetful and doesn't keep the best appointment book . He also said he was so busy doing warranty work in Lake arrowhead and was not sure when he could come back . But we called from a different phone # and acted like a brand new customer and he cheerfully said can come by Friday morning ?? So he can't call us back or be man enough to say hey I can't figure it out or that he isn't interested in fixing the issue. For these reason we would not ever recommend STP
