  Steve and Barb are awesome! They installed our partially unground pool in Fall 2016. It’s been great snd we have them open and close our pool every year!

  Install pool

  Awful! Steve Bemos is completely unprofessional and should not be allowed to be in business.

  He literally drove me to tears based on how he treated me and the irrational decisions he would make without consulting us.

  Now let’s get to some of the issues of our pool. The pool has been in less than 6 months. We already have issues with liner, heater and the fountain. The fountain is leaking and we are looking at 2k to fix since he only provided a 30 day warranty on pool. That should of been a huge red flag that the quality would not be there. Also wrong electrical panel was installed.

  These pool installers told us after we did final financing that we owed 10k in additional fees, when we asked for receipts to prove the overages, they couldn’t provide anything . Odd that we owed that but realized they were probably trying to recoup their money after they installed the wrong more expensive stone and they had to take the hit on the cost....We tried disputing these charges and they tried suing us?! We asked for invoices to get warranty coverage and were told they don’t do that. We asked to show us how to use equipment, we were told we don’t do that?!?

  I really hope this review helps someone when thinking of using place. Also note, that they use two business names; Steven’s pool installation and American Leisure Pools.

  Install a semi inground pool

  Steve Bemos verbally agreed to install a semi inground pool for us in Fall 2017. We set an installation date of Spring 2018. We were scheduled 4/10, 5/15, 5/22 and all of these needed to be moved due to weather. On May 26th we were told they would arrive between 8 and 9. When they didn’t show, we called Steve. He told us he wasn’t doing it and hung up. When we called back, he wouldn’t answer. Then he texted us the following message:
  “Call your dealer that sold you the pool and have him give you the name of an installer, after 38 years of doing above ground pools , I’m done. We are only doing o grounds”
  It is now 6/7 and we can’t find an installer. Very unprofessional! This pool was to help relieve the homeowner during the heat since she is disabled from Multiple Sclerosis. We also have had a pool in our garage since early April in boxes, leaving us without a garage to park in. He was rude and has no integrity. If he didn’t want to do the pool, he had many months to say so. There was also no reason for his unprofessional behavior when deciding not to install!
