Steve was great at the onset ot our project, enthusiastic and caring about what we wanted. Not so much at the end of the project. Made promises he didn't keep about fixing things that weren't quite right. We mistakenly paid the final deposit on the project before these issues were finished trusting he would make it good. He did not and then refused to answer our calls and texts. I cannot in good conscience recommend him.

Quality Plumbing is aptly named. Owner Steve Suhling does quality work fast and efficiently. He recently performed restoration work to my home after the main water supply line broke. Steve went above and beyond to restore the house to even better condition than before the break. He has lots of skills and can perform a variety of fix up needs and/or knows others who can do work at affordable prices.

My experience after hiring Steve was a nightmare. He said he was capable of installing heated flooring but never installed a switch to turn it on, and the tile is uneven and has begun to crack. He stopped responding to phone calls before the bathroom remodel was done. The faucet only puts out cold water and the fixture was installed upside-down. He said he would apply wallpaper but it is crooked and peeling off. There are holes in the grout. The tile has to be totally redone and he has disappeared and refused to answer calls to set things right. I would recommend checking him out on the Dept. of L&I and see that there is a lawsuit against his bond currently for $20,000.

Steven tried to unclog a very plugged septic line. To no avail. He had to dig up the line. He found the problem, caused by a previous company. And fixed a improperly attached drain line. He replaced a drain field pump, that was not in the original quote. Installed by the previous company. Nor an electrician to fix the previous, companies bad wiring job. He was very professional and courteous. I would recommend Quality plumbing of Ephrata Wash. To any one. Mark T.

Had to have hot water tank replaced and it was a quick & efficient job. Spot I had to place it was tight but Steve stepped up and found a tank that fit.
It looks like it was made for that spot.

Tried to hire Steven @ Quality Plumbing. Paid him $400.00 cash he stopped the leak. However; when his caps burst off the hot water and we called trying to get him to come back and check it out, he won't answer our messages or call us back to finish the job. Guess I don't refer a friend to him.
