Horrible. Caulked over unswept area on roof including pieces of aluminum foam and nails. Has leaked ever since. Attempted to use 1/2 inch OSB flooring. Flooring should always be 3/4 inch tongue and groove. footers not up to spec at first. Owner had to personally come back and reseal part of the roof. still leakes.
