Over the years, we’ve gained a reputation for being conscientious, professional and knowledgeable, while also being friendly and easy to work with. That’s in no small part because our family name is also the name of the business.

We contacted Stevenson Pools a year ago and we were impress as to how quickly they came out. The sales guy was exceptional, he gave us detailed information on pool construction and make us belive that they are the best out there. We had contacted another pool company prior to Stevenson but we were so impress with the sales guy that we decided to use them instead. Well this was the greatest mistake in my life. We signed the Contract last July. The pool was completed this year July 3, 2021 . So the project took a full year. We were told that the whole process takes 7 weeks. The other lie they told was that they don't use contractors. They claimed that everyone who works for them is staff. Well they have no staff. Everyone who came to my home was subcontractors. They were there unsupervised by Stevenson. Kevin and Jon are suppose to be field supervisors but they never showed up to supervise nor evaluate the work of the contractors. For the whole year I saw Jon 3 times and I saw Kevin once. Jon comes by to pick up payment but does not show up to supervise their subcontractors. Communication is zero. Jon does not return calls nor text. Nobody tells you what the next step is going to be nor when is it going to happen. I wake up in the morning several times to find people in my backyard working
Without anyone informing me prior to them coming out. The few times that I have called the office and have some give me a date for the next step they have never showed up as schedule. The will not call to reschedule unless you call them to asked about missed appointments. The grading is horrible rain water is getting into my pool. I took pictures when it was raining and water getting into the pool and forwarded them to Jon he did not respond. I called the grading company after they did a horrible grading job but have not hard from them since then. The pool looks beautiful but am not sure about durability since the work was never supervised and completely left in the hands of contractors. I pray that I dont have problems in the future. Just today August 4 2020 they were supposed to add salt to my pool aS scheduled . My husand stayed home for that to happen and when he called them this morning they told him that they don't have salt so they have to reschedule for the 10th. Well how come they don't have salt when it was Stevenson who scheduled this appointment 48hrs ago. When you figure out that you don't have salt why did you not call and cancel the appointment. I have worked with other contractors in the past but Stevenson is the worst by far. The only good employees that i came in contact with during my one year of hell with Stevenson is jill, hailey and Whitney. I must say these 3 ladies were superb. They helped out a lot and tried to give me answers. They were very prompt and usually respond within 24hrs. I wish I could say that about the rest of the team. Jon was the worst and he was suppose to be my primary contact as he was the field supervisor. Do not use Stevenson pool. If you do your nightwear is about to start. Now I have to call another company to see what I need to do about the rain water that is getting into the pool.
