    Excellent customer service, professional phone etiquette, easy scheduling, clean and fair priced. This is a local family owned business that should get our business first, I am so thankful for Steve to have fit me into his schedule. This is was community does for one another - to serve and praise! Thank you Steve's Heating and Air !!!

    I get it if Steve started this business and gets rave reviews since he went well above and beyond to earn new customers. But make sure you have Steve because who were sent to my house were questionable at best. At least have clothes that fit proper and look somewhat professional if they worked in other jobs requiring them to get dirty then why wouldn’t your employees clean up and be presentable. Next was price, I was quoted a tune up on AC for 179$ only to be told based upon age of system that price is now 400$. I told you age of system when I called and after numerous going back and forth agreed to first quote based upon the trust. I’ll go else where as this was average at best.

    Two new ac units

    I have tried numerous times to alleviate the overcharged work. I truly feel Steve owes my family over 1700$. Unfortunately I’ve had other companies over to check and require work done by Steve’s employees only to have three other companies all agree the work done and price charged are well over standard charges.
