This is a very nice builder who does top quality work. He is not the cheapest, but the quality is the best! I have seen Steve's work on several properties in Sedona. He did the entire framing in our home in Sedona and set heavy rustic beams in the livingroom, which many professional contractors remarked was the best they've ever seen. Steve is a honest person who will give you a good price for outstanding quality. He stands by his work. I would highly recommend Kirkwood Builders for any construction project you have.
