I called this company, Steve himself came out and gave me an estimate. I excepted the price on the estimate. I was told via text message that he could possibly be out the next day, and no one ever showed, Or contacted me. I kept in close contact with the project at hand via text message, with All of these contacts taking place between March 8th through today March 24 2021. Contacted Steve directly again when the project began needing their assistance, I was given a reason why he was not able to show up. So I paid out of pocket to do part of the job that was in the estimate for him to do, to get started on the next step of the project and paid another company to do that for me on top of what I paid out of pocket for parts. Also keeping in touch during and showing what was done, with no reply. Up until today I still have had no contact with him or his company. I have had another contractor come out take a look at what is left of the job and has offered a way better price than what I was originally quoted for the job. From my experience in the situation if you are an average Joe with just a little job, (which the job I had requested this company to do was 40 feet of water line a T And a sleeve to go under a foundation), It appears that the big guys are more important to this company than the little guy. To make a long story short I will be going with another contractor and I will not be contacting or referring Steves Plumbing to anyone else in the mid Ohio Valley.
