I had this company install a replacement a/c unit in April 2023. The installation crew was outstanding and we were very pleased that they completed the installation in an excellent manner. However, we requested a detailed invoice listing cost of 3 ton condenser, evaporator, and misc. parts. In addition, the labor chargers with total cost.
We received an invoice indicating only total cost. After several calls I received a joke breakdown indicating labor cost of $95.00! This was a 4 man crew that completed the work in 4 1/2 hrs.
It appears they don’t want you to know a detailed invoice.
The crew a did a great job. Management is a question!
