My husband and I purchased a home from Larry Stewart Custom Homes In January 2010 and have been delighted with our home. We have owned 7 homes and our LS Custom Home is by far our favorite. Many things go into a remarkable home and we feel that the following areas are where Connie and Larry Stewart, their staff and subcontractors really differentiate themselves from the competition: -Innovative and Design Forward Floor Plan and Finish Out. The level of design and finish out in our home is at the level of houses costing significantly more. Connie Stewart is a fantastic help on selections and a huge resource for us. -Quality Construction. The subcontractors who worked on our home have long term relationships with the Stewarts and are the best around. -Energy Efficiency. Our home has amazing energy efficiency providing real savings on our energy bills. -Warranty Service. We had so little to address during our warranty period because of the quality control done by Larry Stewart, Ross Stewart and Nick Schepis. The few minor items on our list were addressed quickly. -The Nice Factor. Connie and Larry Stewart are just plain nice to deal with. Home building can be daunting and stressful so we count the Nice Factor as the added bonus in our overall pleasurable experience with our home.Jan
