    AC has been working well to date. Initially had an issue with one of their workers. Mainly a lack of effort. Seemed like one guy was doing all the work while the other guy slacked off, I addressed it. They ended up removing him from the job and one of the owners helped complete the job. I got quotes from 5 different companies. They were one of the better ones. Overall I was happy with Stewart Air's work.

    I don't like leaving negative reviews of Family owned businesses in Moreno Valley. It's tough making a living out here, but I feel like my mistreatment by Tim Stewart and his employees warrants one star and a warning to others.
    I called last Monday (granted it was the hottest week of the year-91 degrees inside) and told the receptionist that our air conditioner motor was out. The earliest appointment available was on Friday.
    On Friday, two technicians come out and tell me what I had already told them...no motor. I ask for an estimate on how much it would be to replace and when they could get the motor. The technician has NO idea but says the part will be in on Monday and he will call to let me know. No idea?? In this day of instant information?!

    I spend all Monday morning waiting for a call. I finally call them and they nonchalantly let me know that they don't have me on schedule or any information. They should get it (what?? Parts?? Information??) tomorrow. You know what happens next...on Tuesday no call.
    I call them that late Tuesday morning and no information, no parts.
    I asked the receptionist if I could please speak to the owner to let him know what's going on...no return phone call from him, but I did magically get a call that my part was in and it would be $948!! Seriously?!
    I ended up calling another company. Even if I need to have a brand new unit put in (I purchased this unit from this company) I will not purchase from Tim Stewart.
    I will find a MoVal company that needs the money!
