I hired Stewart and son general contractor they put a new roof on for me did a great job it was cheaper and three estimates that I had quite efficient great job

I hired Stewart & Sons in Jan 2019 to fix my leaking roof. My roof is now considerably worse and I develop new leaks every time it rains. I leave numerous messages before any any of my calls are returned. They do not return calls or come out as promised (have been out 2 times to patch but have not showed 3 times). I now have ceiling and floor damage due to their shoddy work. I went up on my roof a few days ago and there are several cracks, flaking, and gaps in my roof, along with several unsightly "patches" that do not make the roof at all. The invoice stated there would be two coats but I was told it was really just one coat and the product is like two coats. I supposedly have a 10 year warranty but I have had no success getting them to stand behind their work. DO NOT hire this company unless you want to call them several times after every rain and you like not getting any resolution.

It was a pleasure working with Alex and his brother. Alex provided a quote on Thursday and promised a Tuesday start date before the expected rain in the coming week. They arrived Monday morning and completed the roof repair that day. Alex also explained that it isn't the tiles that need to be replaced but the underlay and not to let some contractor talk us into a new roof. He came back the next day and touched up the paint where the roof repair had been done.
