Dale was excellent to work with. He went out of his way to find the materials to build my new railings to the requested specifications, communicated in a timely manner, was thoughtful, respectful, and did excellent, well-crafted work.

And don't get me started on his communications skills—he sends photo updates like he's working a second job as a paparazzi for house repairs. Trust me, you've never appreciated a picture of dry rot fungus and termite damage quite like when Dale sends it to you.
This legend of construction knows plumbing, electrical, and all other builder-y magic, yet remains as humble as a monk. Honestly, as a woman who sifted through more estimates than a raccoon in a garbage pile, complete with scammy sham artists insulting my intelligence, finding Honest Dale felt like uncovering a unicorn. Finally, a contractor who doesn’t break the bank or my spirit—it's like I won the repair lottery without even buying a ticket!, Dale's genuine demeanor felt like a hug wrapped in a blanket made of trustworthy vibes.
He tackled our project with efficiency and left the site cleaner than he found it. Speaking of finishing touches, Dale wrapped things up with a final invoice so thorough it included even more photos, detailing every step of what we paid for.
Long story short, we've got Dale's number on speed dial like it's an exclusive hotline to construction nirvana. Five star quality contractor? I’ll recommend him every time!
