Extremely kind and thorough. The quote was really reasonable I almost hesitated but followed through my low budget. Very knowledgeable about our flooring and recommendations to save money. They completely cleaned up after themselves and were very kind to my impromptu visits to check progress. I really appreciated the service. Tom came in a measured the flooring, ordered extra as they always do but spot on with the number. Very little waste I was able to return extra boxes of flooring to the store! The basebloards are beautiful--I'm so happy with the floor. We selected vinyl flooring for a rental unit.
