  UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, AND ILLEGITIMATE

  This is the WORST contractor that I have ever dealt with! I have had so many problems with these nonprofessionals! Their website claimed to offer "free advertising" to their clients, yet they charged me for rental advertising! I cannot think of anything good to say about this rotten business. I give them an F! This company failed to provide me with a copy of the contract after I signed the document and mailed it in. Even after multiple requests, I never received a copy of the contract. It's a good way for them to avoid lawsuits. They were so DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL! A professional, honest, and legitimate company would have no qualms with providing its clients with a copy of the contract. The garbage disposal that they installed was installed improperly and it posed a health hazard by dumping waste and debris into the dishwasher. After Hours Plumbing & Heating was sent in to fix the problem due to Still employee Dave's shoddy, incompetent work. The tenant that they found for me was the WORST tenant that I have ever had. I had problems with him paying the full rent on time. He acted as if he owned the place and wanted to install Formica countertops and cut down trees in my backyard. He was such a terrible tenant that I asked him to move out at the end of his lease. On 2/25/15, Still Properties charged me $49 plus 8.4% sales tax to deliver keys to the tenant because the tenant locked himself out of the house. EGREGIOUS! Owners should not be accountable for the tenants' absent-mindedness or irresponsible behavior. I have spoken to a number of property managers in the area about this. They simply would have the tenants come check out the master key at the office and later return it. Firing this company after a couple of months was one of the BEST financial decisions that I have ever made. A&M Properties is far superior. They have been very decent and professional. They provided me with a copy of the contract right away, without me even asking them for it. If you are foolish enough to work with Still Properties, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Do not make the mistake that I did in trusting these people.

  Avoid them like the PLAGUE!

  Shoddy, incompetent, and corrupt come to mind when I think of these people. They did not abide by the contract because they performed work on my property without my written consent. They lumped a bunch of miscellaneous work together to make it seem legitimate. They charged me at $49/hour for several hours to change the locks and then charged me $49 for one hour to give the tenants the keys and to check the locks on my 1,535 square feet property. It took them 6 hours at $49/hour to clean and change a screen door! I fired them after 2 months, but I wish that I had never worked with them. AVOID these people like the PLAGUE!
