    Stillwater Concepts installed our entire electrical system and did an amazing job. They really know how to overcome obstacles when problems arise and they are true jack of all trades. Rich and his whole team were great to work with and very professional. There were several trades involved in the overall construction and Rich made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed on time. The quality was beyond what was expected. I highly recommend Stillwater to everyone.

    I can’t say enough good things about Stillwater Concepts. They are masters at creative problem solving and they always pull off projects on time and in the most professional manner. They are who I go to for any of the construction/ contracting improvements on my office. While I’ve mostly relied on them for their electrical expertise, the team can handle anything you throw at them. I used to get bids from other companies, but finally just stopped wasting my time. Rich and team are always the best, hands down. I’m also very familiar with other ongoing commercial projects that they handle and hear the same thing — once they do work for you, you never need to go anywhere else.

    install a manufacturing oven and fire suppression system

    DIRTT Environmental Solutions hired SWC to install a oven and tie in the fire suppression system. From the beginning there were issues with the contractors not showing up when stated, never communicating their status and not having the required equipment to perform the job. They had to borrow our equipment and tools to perform the job and always looking for assistance from us. The owner was not present and most of the time would not answer his phone and his voicemail was always full. He would state and commit to dates, but never follow through. We always felt like we were chasing him. As for the fire suppression tie-in; His subcontractor did not install the system to completion and they used the wrong pipe size. We had to re-hire another contractor to remove and install the correct piping in order to meet GPM flow and permit criteria.
