I went to Stillbrooke home looking to have a house built. I had a bad experience with the sales rep. It seems she would say anything to get you to buy the house. She stated that many things in the model home were standard (like granite counter tops and cabinets) but they were not. Luckily the owner was there and he honor the upgrade.
At the 60 days inspection, I schedule an appointment. I pointed out a few thing that needed to be fixed (like a chip in the walkway and the seal on the decorative wood panel). I was that someone come the next month to fix those items but no one came or called. After living in the house for 6 mos, the tankless water heater stop producing hot water. They had a technician come out to look at it and said I needed to flush out the the tankless water heater because of sediment build up. It would cost a $200.00. So I'm not sure where the cost saving it.
So all and all, my experience with Stillbrooke has not been pleasant. I was very frustrated at the whole process that I really didn't enjoy being in a newly built house....
